In this video, Dr. Joel Dunsmore demonstrates Keysight's Channel Quality/Group Delay X-Series measurement application. Dr. Dunsmore uses the application to measure the gain and group delay of a wideband filter using a VXG signal generator to generate the multi-tone signals and then uses a UXA signal analyzer as a receiver to determine the gain, phase and delay from the measured multi-tone signal. Dr. Dunsmore also compares the measurement results with the traditional method using a PNA network analyzer and demonstrates that the results are closely matched.
