KSMS (S9910A) Software Download
To install or upgrade KSMS (S9910A):
- Navigate to the unzipped folder and locate the setup file.
- Run the setup file to begin the installation. In most cases, the setup file will be run as administrator depending on your PCs configuration and networking setup. If you right click on the file and see a "Run Elevated" option, select Run Elevated. If "Run Elevated" is not available, simply double-click the setup file to run it.
- If you see an error during installation that says "Failed to install or upgrade PostgreSQL," follow these steps:
- Navigate to the PostgreSQL Installer folder.
- Manually run the installer: postgresql-14.3-1-windows-x64.exe
- Do not run the PostgreSQL with adminstrator rights. Simply double-click the file to run it normally.
- After the PostgreSQL installation completes, re-run the setup file as administrator.
Note: The PostgreSQL Installation is only required once. If PostrgreSQL has already been successfully installed on the machine, you do not need to repeat this step for future installations.
