The FS2331 DDR SDRAM memory bus analysis probe provides complete protocol decode of the memory system, including reads and writes, at 333 MT/s. Its dual path design provides complete functionality. The active path uses advanced clocking for determining the difference between reads and writes. While the passive path permits 4 GHz timing measurements as well as the use of Keysight's Eye Finder to make automatic eye diagram measurements.
