Make multiple measurements of active device distortion analysis with a single connection using Keysight PathWave 89600 vector signal analysis (VSA) software with the Keysight E5081A ENA-X vector network analyzer (VNA). The VSA IQ data link feature in either the Keysight S960704B / S960707B modulation distortion or the Keysight S960904B / S960907B spectrum analysis application enables you to send IQ data from the ENA-X to PathWave VSA. You can then analyze demodulation error vector magnitude (EVM), amplitude modulation to amplitude modulation (AM to AM), amplitude modulation to phase modulation (AM to PM), and more.
