Keysight and Leonardo Expand Collaboration to Strengthen UK Aerospace and Defense Operations

As defense programs accelerate and supply chains become more distributed, maintaining visibility and readiness across test assets is becoming a strategic priority. A critical part of this is implementing efficient test equipment management to ensure operational readiness while meeting stringent quality and safety standards. Managed services models like Keysight’s Test Equipment Managed Services (TEMS) help organizations reduce downtime, improve compliance, and enable engineering teams to focus on mission-critical innovation.

For Leonardo, this translates into greater visibility across its UK operations, faster turnaround times, and improved readiness for complex, mission-critical systems. As part of this effort, Keysight has been awarded a five-year contract by Leonardo UK Ltd to deliver TEMS across multiple sites in the United Kingdom.

Supporting Leonardo’s Operations at Scale

Under this agreement, Keysight will support Leonardo’s UK operations with an integrated approach to test equipment management. This includes centralized coordination, digital asset management tools, and through other contracts held with Leonardo, engineering expertise to manage the full lifecycle of test assets — from logistics and calibration to repair management and optimization.

Keysight has supported Leonardo UK Ltd on the TEMS program since 2016, and this latest agreement expands the partnership to meet evolving operational demands.
