LucidShape 2024.09 New Features

This video highlights key updates in LucidShape 2024.09, including enhancements to the Base Module and Microfocal Module.

 

New base module features include the Aiming Wall view for advanced front lighting analysis, support for bitmap files, improved regulation tools, and tools for UV isolines, microlens masks, and multi-view storage. The Microfocal Module adds the Mini Pillow feature, a Common Surface Tool for combining Non-Uniform Rational B-Spline (NURBS) surfaces, and Comma Separated Values (CSV) import/export for spread parameters.

 

Updates also include 51 new media and 142 Bidirectional Scattering Distribution Function (BSDF) materials in the SmartStart Library, plus new learning content on the Support Portal.
