This demo shows how to validate the ability of a 5G New Radio device with non-terrestrial network (NTN) capability to deliver high-quality-of-service applications with Keysight solutions. This joint demo covers video calls with the support of satellite handovers (NTN-NTN) to ensure service continuity and seamless integration with terrestrial networks using a 5G mobile test platform from Qualcomm Technologies.

NTN Sky-to-Lab Emulation

This demo features two use cases. For R&D, we show how to build reliable 5G NTNs and Long Term Evolution NTN unmodified direct-tocell handsets and validate them under realistic conditions. For operator acceptance, we show how Keysight's first-to-market satellite operator acceptance solution was used to test (Narrowband Internet of Things) NB-IoT NTN conformance with Skylo's certification program.

This demo showcases Wi-Fi® 7 signaling and RF analysis using the new Keysight UXM Wireless Connectivity Test Platform, which supports both Wi-Fi 7 and 5G. To streamline systematic evaluation and testing of XR devices, Keysight Eggplant automation software, which uses machine learning and automation intelligence with a synthetic human, achieves fully robotic and repeatable test automation of new Wi-Fi and 5G XR devices.

This demo shows three use cases including how to maximize network performance, how to reduce energy consumption, and how to secure the network and increase its resilience. The live demo shows how controlled reception pattern antennas for GNSS receivers, used by network infrastructure for time synchronization and positioning accuracy, can improve a network’s resilience to GNSS interference, spoofing, and jamming.

This demo shows how Keysight solutions enable the design of a neural receiver using artificial intelligence (AI) for 6G networks. the Keysight PROPSIM channel emulator can import channel models from external tools like NVIDIA’s Sionna ray tracer. This data can serve as a digital twin of a channel to compare simulation results with a real-world system.

AI / ML & Sensing in 6G

This demo shows how to use Keysight Electronic Design Automation (EDA) software in technology research. We replace the traditional channel estimation signal processing with two neural networks (NN), one designed and trained by InterDigital and one designed by Keysight. We then compare the performance between traditional and ML techniques in an EDA software environment and a real-world OTA environment.
