Keysight Technologies welcomes 3GPP to Singapore
Keysight is honored to host 3GPP TSGs#112 – 3GPP’s 1st plenary meeting in Singapore (affectionately known as the “Little Red Dot”), where telecommunications experts from all over the world will meet to shape and develop world-class 5G-Advanced and 6G standards.

Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) – Marina Bay Sands is located at Bayfront MRT station (CE1/DT16). The station connects to the Circle and Downtown Line of Singapore's Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) train system.
MRT services to/from Bayfront MRT station operate daily from approximately 6am to 12am midnight.
The various MRT exits connect to the following:
- Exit C and D: Sands Expo and Convention Centre (3-minute walk)
- Exit E: Sands Expo and Convention Centre

3GPP Meeting Registration
Delegates must register to attend the meeting on the 3GPP online portal at https://portal.3gpp.org.
The registration links for each of the TSG meetings are listed below. Please login to the 3GPP online portal using your ETSI Online (EOL) account prior to clicking on any of the registration links.
A confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address upon successful completion of the registration. Early registration would be appreciated.

Entering Singapore

Visa Application

If your travel document is issued by one of the countries/ places listed “Travel Documents by Countries and Places”, you will require a valid visa to enter Singapore. SG Arrival Card (SGAC)
All travelers are required to submit the SG Arrival Card within three (3) days (including the day of arrival) before arriving in Singapore, except:
- Those transiting/transferring through Singapore without seeking immigration clearance; and
- Singapore citizens, Permanent Residents and Long-Term Pass Holders entering via land checkpoints.
Submission of SGAC is Free and can be done via the SGAC e-Service or MyICA Mobile app. Travelers who fail to submit SGAC may be denied entry into Singapore. Please refer to SGAC with Electronic Health Declaration.
Please note that the SG Arrival Card (SGAC) is not a visa.

Singapore is a compact and well-connected island, offering a wide range of hotel options within a 10 km radius of Marina Bay Sands (MBS). Delegates are free to choose any hotel and book through their preferred platforms, such as the hotel’s official website, Booking.com, Agoda, or others.

We have also negotiated special rates with selected hotels. Please note that these rates may come with specific terms and conditions. We strongly encourage delegates to review the cancellation and amendment policies carefully to avoid any penalties for shortened stays, late changes, or no-shows.

Currency
The Singapore dollar (sign: S$; code: SGD) is the official currency of the Republic of Singapore.
Weather
In June, Singapore typically experiences warm and humid weather with thundery showers, especially in the afternoons. The average daily high temperature is around 31-32°C (88-90°F) and the low is around 25-26°C (77-79°F). Rainfall is common, with an average of 163 mm spread over 19 days.

Water

Singapore's public transport system is fast and efficient. The MRT (Mass Rapid Transit) and bus systems have an extensive network of routes that will help you zip around the city.

Taxis or private hire cars offer convenience and comfort. You can flag a taxi along the street or at designated taxi stands, or book a ride anytime via mobile applications.

Power Plugs and Sockets
In Singapore, the standard electrical voltage is 230 volts with a frequency of 50 Hertz. The power plugs and sockets used are Type G, which are the same as in the United Kingdom. This means that if you are traveling from the UK, you won't need a travel adapter for your electronics.
