Keysight Direct Order Status - Why request a Purchase Order Number?
At Keysight your right to privacy and data security is a primary concern. We want to work with you to maintain control of your personal data and the order information for your company, so it is important that Keysight identify the exact company a person works for based on the information provided on the registration form.
As part of the registration process your login profile will be associated with the company you provide. This will allow you to view order status of all orders from your company if you know the Purchase Order Number or Keysight Order Number. The registration form asks for a Purchase Order Number. If provided, Keysight will use the Purchase Order number to help quickly correlate you to the correct company in our database. If you choose not to provide a Purchase Order number we will still process your registration, but it may take additional time to identify the exact company to associate with your login profile.
