Highlights
With the Keysight Landslide O-DU Test Solution, test the DU under real-world conditions. Emulate the RU with an RF channel emulator in the testing signal path. Alternatively, test using a software-based approach to activate thousands of emulated UEs and multiple RUs in a virtualized IT environment. This second test scenario provides a cost-effective way to assess DU capacity or set up many parallel test lines for CI / CD / CT.
The O-DU Test Solution has an intuitive, easy-to-use graphical interface that enables quick configuration and execution of tests and analysis of test results. It also provides robust automation options including RESTful and Tcl APIs.
The O-RAN DU Testing feature set includes the following capabilities:
- Single UI controls all functional blocks
- Standalone (SA) mode
- Emulation of UEs, CUs, RUs and 5GC to surround the DU being tested
- Relevant interfaces 7.2x. F1-C, F1-U are supported
- Control plane and user plane testing
- Functional, performance and capacity testing
- High performance solution that can be scaled to support multiple topologies of O-RAN gNB of DU under test (SUT) with at least 256 UEs emulated per RU with or without RF interface
- Call modeling capabilities to shape test traffic as needed, for control and user planes
- Highly customizable, with ability to edit messages onsite as needed
