In this video, Keysight shows how the user is able to test charging interfaces of electric vehicles (EVs) and electric vehicle supply equipment (EVSE) using the Scienlab Charging Discovery System (CDS). With the CDS, you can perform all necessary conformance and interoperability tests according to worldwide charging standards. Depending on the test case, the CDS in combination with a power load/-source can emulate the charging interface of the EV (EVSE test), the EVSE (EV test) or acts as an analyzing tool using the “Man-in-the-middle” test capability.
