Description
Device Modeling WaferPro 2025 Update 1.0 boosts measurement productivity with new capabilities.
Built on IC-CAP technology, WaferPro offers a modern UI and supports virtual or simulation modes for faster routine development. It is the software platform for Keysight’s A-LFNA and enables remote control from third-party test executives via a Python API. This update adds key prober/chuck driver enhancements and lets you preselect dies/devices before running a Test Plan.
The release strengthens the Python 3 environment for custom measurements, post-processing, and pass/fail logic, and adds drivers for the latest Keysight instruments. Data can be exported during execution in IC-CAP MDM, MBP MEA, and compressed HDF5 formats.
