如何下载

  1. Click Download to download the firmware file.
  2. Unzip the zip file to a folder.
  3. Go to the folder PL23XX Prolific_DriverInstaller_v204, click on “PL23XX-M_LogoDriver_Setup_v204_20201208.Exe” to install the U1173B IR-USB cable driver.
  4. Double click the “Keysight U1273A Firmware Update Software (Version 3.03) installer file to install the program.

如何安装

  1. Connect the meter to your PC via the U1173B IR-USB connectivity cable and turn on the LCR meter.
  2. Go to Start > All Programs > Keysight Technologies > Keysight U1273A Firmware Update > Keysight U1273A Firmware Update Software (Version 3.03).
  3. Click “Auto Search COM Port” button to search and detect the unit. The model number, serial number and current firmware version of the meter will be displayed in the “Model Number”, “Serial Number” and “Current Version” field.
  4. Make sure the instrument is connected before you start the firmware update. Click “Upload Firmware” to start the firmware update.
  5. The meter will reset and recover itself after firmware update.

前提要求

Notice : Downgrading the U1273AX Firmware
Firmware revision 3.03 and below can be downgraded to any previous posted revision.
Firmware revision 4.02 can only be downgraded to revision 4.0.

Notice : Upgrading the U1273AX Firmware
Firmware revision 3.02 and below can only be upgraded to revision 3.03. Do not attempt to upgrade the firmware to revision 4.0 and above.
Firmware revision 4.0 can be upgraded to revision 4.02.
