The N5262CW10 is a frequency extender module supplied by VDI to perform measurements with a vector network analyzer in 75 to 110 GHz (W-band). It can be used with a PNA or PNA-X with an N5292A test set controller or directly connected with a 4-port PNA/PNA-X. It can also be connected with a 4-port Streamline VNA or PXI-VNA with an N5252APXI Test Set Adapter.
Extended Frequency Coverage applies; module performance within the standard band conforms to standard specifications while performance in the extended regions can be degraded as follows:
The minimum and typical dynamic range is degraded by 10 dB or less, compared to the specification for the standard band.
The test port power typical across the extended band is degraded by 5 dB or less compared to the specification for the standard band.
