The N5262CW05 is a frequency extender module supplied by VDI to perform measurements with a vector network analyzer in 140 to 220 GHz (G-band, WR05). It can be used with a PNA or PNA-X with an N5292A test set controller or directly connected with a 4-port PNA/PNA-X. It can also be connected with a 4-port Streamline VNA or PXI-VNA with an N5252APXI Test Set Adapter.
1 Extended Frequency Coverage applies; module performance within the standard band conforms to standard specifications while performance in the extended regions can be degraded as follows:
The minimum dynamic range is 95dB (15dB degradation compared to the standard band specification)
The test port power typical across the extended band is degraded by 5 dB or less compared to the specification for the standard band.
