Radar Target Simulator (RTS) solution
The Keysight ZA0100A radar target simulator is designed for simulating targets for radar testing. It supports both 24 to 24.25 GHz and 76 to 81 GHz frequency bands with embedded front-end module with maximum 4 GHz bandwidth.
The ZA0100A is a scalable target simulator with the ability to simulate range (delay), Radar Cross Section (RCS), and Doppler effect for relative object speed.
The simulation range is from 2.5 meter to 105 meter (not include distance between DUT and RTS) and can be set up to 4 prefix distances defined by customer. The simulation speed is from -350 km/h to 350 km/h with resolution of 0.1 km/h and RCS control step size is 1dB.
ZA0100A come with LAN and USB Connectivity for SCPI command.

Keysight Technologies offers ZA0100A with three options as below:

• ZA0100A-002 76-81 GHz Radar Target Simulator
• ZA0100A-101 24-24.25 GHz and 76-81 GHz Radar Target Simulator
The ZA0100A is designed with a compact footprint that fits in manufacturing environment that save you from investing a large anechoic chamber. The ZA0100A provides LAN API interface for easy integration into test automation over remote controlling. You can use sequence methodology to build the scenarios to simulate the fixed targets and variable speed.
