  1. Download the zip file and follow the install instructions for firmware installation.

如何安装

  1. The firmware update requires the use of the Keysight Firmware Update Utility. Make sure to install it before you start.
  2. Connect your PC to the instrument via any interface and launch the Firmware Update Utility.
  3. Browse for the firmware file “Kt_DAQ97XA_rev_A_02_03.upd” from the zip file that you have downloaded.
  4. Select the supported models based on your instrument.
  5. Under ‘Update Method’, insert the correct address to your instrument, and click Update.
  6. Click Yes to confirm the firmware update.
  7. When updating firmware, do not turn off the instrument or remove the connection.
  8. When the update is complete, the instrument will reboot itself automatically.
