This version of Keysight License Manager 5 enables support for the recent Keysight Software Manager (KSM) security update. You must update to this version to maintain License Activator and online transport functions. If you do not update to this version, you will need to install licenses from file or text, and you will need to use offline transport if transporting licenses.

前提要求

  1. There are no prerequisites on Windows 10.
  2. On Windows 7, before installing this version of Keysight License Manager, you must do the following:
    1. Ensure that your machine is running Windows 7 SP1: see Install Windows 7 Service Pack 1 (SP1) (microsoft.com).
    2. Install Microsoft Update KB3140245; see https://www.catalog.update.microsoft.com/search.aspx?q=kb3140245
      This update provides the bulk of the TLS 1.2 support for Windows / WES 7 SP1. 
    3. After installing the update, you will be prompted to restart the machine. Restart before proceeding.
    4. Now you must apply a registry patch. Put the following into a file named TLSFix_TLS11-TLS12.reg :
