Keysight 10086A 是一款 ECL 端接器。ECL 信号通常与接地存在偏置，高频测试设备一般为接地提供 50 Ω 端接。直接将 ECL 信号与测试设备相连，可能会损坏 ECL 输出端或测试设备。Keysight 10086A ECL 端接器可在 ECL 输出端和测试与测量设备之间提供一个良好的接口。
