Keysight 10086A 是一款 ECL 端接器。ECL 信号通常与接地存在偏置，高频测试设备一般为接地提供 50 Ω 端接。直接将 ECL 信号与测试设备相连，可能会损坏 ECL 输出端或测试设备。Keysight 10086A ECL 端接器可在 ECL 输出端和测试与测量设备之间提供一个良好的接口。
端接器对信号进行充分的偏置和衰减，以保护测试设备不受损坏；同时在 ECL 电路和测试设备之间提供适当的端接电压。单独使用 Keysight 10086A 可对 ECL 输出端进行适当加载。ECL 端接器作为精密型适配器，由仪器对其进行直流耦合，从而支持您直接测量 ECL 信号。ECL 端接器不必使用电源调节和电容耦合或变压器耦合，也不必再把仪器接地端浮置到 -2 V，从而降低了电源短路和触电的危险，并能避免电路受到损坏。
