Keysight 71910A是适用于监视100Hz至26.5GHz信号的接收器。它为监管和信号监视应用提供廉价的搜索和宽带宽汇集能力。它具有很高的灵活性，因而是适应激励-响应应用的理想下转换器。为搜索信号，它使用高达3MHz的带宽，在用户规定的至26.5GHz范围上扫描。宽动态范围保证了能迅速识别各种幅度的信号。一旦信号被定位，接收器进行固定调谐，宽IF带宽用于信号的汇集（有预选器时的带宽达36MHz，无预选器的带宽达100MHz）。线性IF信号路径提供优异的信号保真度，具有标准的321.4MHz IF和线性视频输出。可选的输出包括70MHz和140MHz IF，模拟I∕Q及解调FM。这些选件允许自定义最适合应用要求的配置。包括增加前置放大器，取消显示器（如右图所示），或作其它调整。
