81104A扩展了频率范围,每通道添加了高达16 kbit 的RZ/NRZ(归零码/非归零码)码型能力。一个NRZ选通通道可在码型中的任何期望点提供触发功能,或者用作额外的码型源。
如果两个81105A输出模块均可用,则可添加输出。这会允许生成不同的脉冲波形,从而可模拟故障、测试时钟恢复电路或生成3级或4级代码。
通道添加功能或1000欧姆源模式都可在高达60 MHz频率下运行。两者结合使用可达到约为15 MHz的最大速度。
注: 每台Keysight 81104A 80 MHz单通道或双通道脉冲码型发生器都要求配备1个或2个Keysight 81105A输出模块。
