Keysight Cloud Peak validates and benchmarks VMware vCenter and OpenStack-based private clouds. It enables you to individually validate compute, network, and storage performance dimensions. Cloud Peak offers a test bed suitable for both single compute nodes and large environments with multiple racks, incorporating industry-proven workload emulation from the OPNFV Yardstick portfolio. With Cloud Peak, you can do the following:
- Measure virtual infrastructure management performance with custom virtual machine (VM) instantiation / VM termination test methodology.
- Leverage subscription licensing for low startup costs and the flexibility of the pay-as-you-grow model.
- Use predefined test scenarios for NFVi validation.
- Validate from a virtualized network function (VNF) or network perspective through real workloads and powerful traffic emulation.
- Assess scheduler capability to isolate the good workloads from noisy neighbors.
- Evaluate the performance impact of VNF instantiation and workloads in the presence of (noisy) neighbors.
