Keysight E1420B高性能通用计数器是C尺寸、单槽的消息基VXI模块。它提供传统通用计数器的所有测量能力（频率、周期、时间间隔、总和和比率），以及对上升/下降时间、脉冲宽度、相位和交流/直流电压的自动测量。该模块还提供10倍衰减，因而能测量更高功率的信号。
