Keysight E1430A 高分辨率数字转换器是C尺寸、单槽的寄存器基VXI模块，能用于分析频谱、捕获瞬变信号、数字化IF和记录波形。该模块包括基于DSP，带有数字LO和大FIFO存储器的实时数字滤波器。
