The N5262BW15 is a frequency extender module supplied by VDI to perform measurements with a vector network analyzer in 50 to 75 GHz (V-band). It can be used with a PNA or PNA-X with an N5292A test set controller or directly connected with a 4-port PNA/PNA-X. It can also be connected with a 4-port Streamline VNA or PXI-VNA with an N5252APXI Test Set Adapter.
Extended Frequency Coverage applies; module performance within the standard band conforms to standard specifications while performance in the extended regions can be degraded as follows:
- The minimum and typical dynamic range is degraded by 10 dB or less, compared to the specification for the standard band.
- The test port power typical across the extended band is degraded by 5 dB or less compared to the specification for the standard band.
