The N5262BW2B is a frequency extender module supplied by VDI to perform measurements with a vector network analyzer in 260 to 400 GHz. It can be used with a PNA or PNA-X with an N5292A test set controller or directly connected with a 4-port PNA/PNA-X. It can also be connected with a 4-port Streamline VNA or PXI-VNA with an N5252APXI Test Set Adapter.
