The N5262CW06 is a frequency extender module supplied by VDI to perform measurements with a vector network analyzer in 110 to 170 GHz (D-band). It can be used with a PNA or PNA-X with an N5292A test set controller or directly connected with a 4-port PNA/PNA-X. It can also be connected with a 4-port Streamline VNA or PXI-VNA with an N5252APXI Test Set Adapter.
