S96083A 包括标量混频器/变频器以及相位（SMC+相位）测量，能够对混频器和变频器执行经过完全校准的变频增益/损耗、相对相位和绝对群时延测量，并且无需使用参考或校准混频器。它使用 U9391C/F/G 梳状信号发生器和外部直流电源取代了校准混频器，此外还包括基于宏的串行参考混频器版本 VMC，可以测量多个路径或器件之间的相位差，或是测量变频器内的相移。宏还支持对用户所提供的校准混频器进行表征。
