3. Test Procedure
3.1 Test Flow Chart

Step 1 |
The VNA should be powered on and allowed to warm up - recommendation is for 24 hours prior to measurement. |
Step 2 |
Set measurement conditions by recalling a state file or manual setup. |
Step 3 |
Connect Ethernet 10/100/1G Test fixture to test ports of the VNA. |
Step 4 |
For Time Domain Measurements, perform Electronic Calibration (ECal) and Fixture Compensation. |
Step 5 |
For Frequency Domain Measurements, perform Electronic Calibration (ECal) and Auto Port Extension. |
