Does ADS have signal analyses like those in oscilloscopes?

Oscilloscopes are the most commonly used test instrument for SI engineers. Oscilloscopes sample incoming analog signals and store digitized waveforms in memory for post-processing. We can then examine signal waveforms forward and backward on the instrument screen or zoom in for details. In addition, oscilloscopes can further process waveforms to get statistics of the waveforms, such as leveling, rising time, falling time, eye pattern, eye height, eye width, jitter, etc. Eye_Probe and EyeDiff_Probe components in ADS offer various measurement items like oscilloscopes do. We don’t need to build complex formulas to calculate waveform statistics. We specify measurement items in probes and get reliable results when the simulation is done.Note that probes are only compatible with Transient and ChannelSim simulators.
