Keysight Technologies shares a case study of how a large European bank deploys Hawkeye, Keysight’s active network performance monitoring solution, to verify and manage service-level agreements (SLAs) for its global WAN upgrade project. The case study explains how the bank faced challenges such as distributed networks across multiple regions and service providers, SLA mandates for each WAN link, and pressure to get the circuits into production. The case study also describes how the bank partnered with Keysight to use Hawkeye’s agents deployed throughout the network to run network tests using synthetic traffic and measure key metrics such as throughput, jitter, loss, latency, and quality of experience. The case study highlights the benefits of Hawkeye’s solution, such as increased understanding of WAN performance, single-pane-of-glass view, daily and weekly service reports, and proactive alerts for service issues.
