Secure your 5G network to ensure smooth deployments
The testing of 5G core networks needs to include negative testing of 5G control plane protocols. The 5G control plane provides processes such as authentication access and setup of communication and is critical for the reliable operation of the 5G network. To validate the 5G control plane and ensure resilience of the overall network, network engineers must generate traffic that is malformed and is not standards-compliant. Network elements should continue to provide (or deny) services and not crash, causing the entire network to collapse.
